Order

When you place an order on Joyful.dk, you must accept our terms and press the "Go to payment" button. You will immediately receive an order confirmation at the e-mail address provided, and you will be forwarded to the payment window.
Please notify Joyful if there is anything in the order confirmation that does not match the order placed. All goods are delivered as long as stocks last, and we reserve the right for out-of-stock goods and backordered goods. If an item is sold out, you will be informed as soon as possible.

Freight and delivery

We ship to most of the world. Joyful has free shipping on purchases over DKK 595. and we aim to keep the turnaround time to 2-3 working days. Some of our products have a longer delivery time, this is specifically described under the product. If no delivery time is specified, then it is our standard delivery of 2-3 working days. We will ship your order discreetly to the address entered. Orders under DKK 595. shipped for only DKK 69. in Denmark and the rest of Europe it costs DKK 79. Our Realistic Dolls have a delivery surcharge of DKK 200. outside of Denmark. For Denmark, our Realistic Dolls are free.

Right of return/Right of cancellation

When you shop at www.joyful.dk, you always have a 14-day right of return after receiving your goods. However, the goods must be in original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them.When you wish to return an item, you must contact our customer service on your account and notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. In your account, you can directly request a return and we will then process your request as soon as possible. You can find a link to your account further down here.
The right of return expires, for hygienic reasons, if you break the packaging of intimate products. This ensures all our customers that our intimate products have not been unpacked, but are brand new. Products that are not for intimate use may be unpacked and tried on as if in a physical store. However, upon return, the item must be in the same condition and quantity as when you received it.
You can not revoke your purchase by refusing to receive your package. You must notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase, and then send the package back to us. You must only initiate a return when our Customer Service has asked you to return the item in question - if you return some items before you have been in contact with us, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to complete the return.

Once we have received and checked the item, the purchase price will be refunded to you on the payment card used. We will withhold the return of your payment until we have received the item back from you or you have provided documentation for having returned the item to us.

You are responsible for the shipping costs on the package if you regret your purchase and want to send the item back to us.
If an order is cancelled, a package fee of DKK 49 will be charged.

The right of withdrawal is only applicable for purchases made to consumers, the right of withdrawal is therefore not applicable to companies in accordance with current legislation.

Products exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal?
Certain intimate products are not part of the right of withdrawal. This exception applies to intimate products that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons. Products covered by this exception are described clearly in the product description.

Complaint

If you should be unfortunate enough to find any faults or defects with an item, please notify Joyful as soon as possible after receiving the item. In connection with errors and defects on the item, Joyful bears the return costs. In the event of errors, omissions or missed deliveries, please contact our customer service at post@joyful.dk.

Joyful provides a 2-year right of complaint in accordance with the Sales Act, covering manufacturing and material defects that are detected during normal use of the product. The right of complaint does not cover errors, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly caused by incorrect use, poor maintenance or unauthorized interventions.In the event of a justified complaint, the item can subsequently be returned for exchange, repair or credit.

In order for you to shop at www.joyful.dk, we need the following information:
Name, address, tel. no. and your email address.

When you provide your personal information, you are protected by the Personal Data Act. That is we do not pass on or sell your information to third parties at any time. This information is used exclusively for processing your order. The information is transmitted and stored electronically in encrypted form and stored for 5 years, cf. The Accounting Act. We register your personal data with the aim of being able to deliver the goods to you.
As registered with Joyful, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to access what information is registered about you. You have these rights according to the Personal Data Act, and inquiries in connection with this are directed to customer service.

Payment

Payment can be made with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, MasterCard, and invoice. The money is only withdrawn from your account when the requested goods have been dispatched. All payments on the website are handled by PBS. The PBS payment solution is based on the SSL standard. This means that you are protected when you shop at Joyful and only PBS can see your information. All prices are incl. VAT.
